Who needs Berlitz? It's too bad she's not bringing Ivy the rabbit, though. But, perhaps I should stock up on carrots, just in case she says "Yes" while she is here. I could have learned a more useful phrase, but I wanted something with the cute little umlaut o's. When she arrives on Friday, she can help me learn a few more phrases, and make fun of my horrible accent. And she purchased the tickets this morning... Yet another night of rich, French food. This time we went to the Brasserie, a recently redone and very trendy place. I ate and drank too much in keeping with my two week long birthday. The food was just too good. I think between now and Friday I better stick to nothing but water and crackers. Whenever Michael visits, it's always time to overindulge. I may be receiving a cease and desist order from my liver at this rate. And a happy birthday goes out to one of the great gentlemen and true friends I have made in Clan Lord.
