Nori is back in New York. We spent Saturday night catching up. We talked, popped into Clan Lord, and I showed her a GM's life in Alchera. I got to tell her all about Conny, which was fun. She was delighted. You see, Nori was quite instrumental to me in really connecting to the kink within. When I met her two years ago, I was a very different man than I am now. Now I'm a much more integrated person, and I've got a girlfriend with my interests even when I wasn't looking for one. She complimented me on the profound changes I've made, which was nice to hear since right now I feel like a complete mess.

The contents of this journal were a big discussion: what is ok to write about, and not okay to write about. Nori isn't overly keen on sharing her personal life indiscriminately with people in Clan Lord, but as the months go by, she cares less and less about it. Oddly, her main concern isn't about her own personal privacy, but how people view her character. She worries if people start to learn about Noriko, they'll treat and think about Lilit differently. I thought this was taking role-playing a bit far, but I could see her point, especially when I consider the nature of the Lilit character, and also the type of woman Nori is. But in the end she basically said I could write about anything I wish involving the two of us, as long as I didn't give away Nox Sorora stories, which isn't what I want to write about anyway. Now I just need to work up the nerve...

We also talked a bit about the future. From the mundane, like Clan Lord and the Nox Sorora, to the more serious, like her impending move to the west coast, and how that will effect us. Like so many things in my life, there was really no resolution to anything. I'll miss her in New York, though I know I'll see her regularly since she'll still come here for work. And really, she's rarely been here in the past few months. I'll also still see her in Clan Lord and online. To make matters worse, I probably won't see much of her while she wraps things up in New York. So, now two of the most important women in my life will be living on the other side of the Internet for me.
