Deja Vu?
Are emails exchanged in the persuit of customer service really fair game to be vented on a web site? Apparently, Salon thinks so. The funny, but painful exchange with Earthlink/Mindspring even makes a reference to Kafka. Reading Nosuch.org is like reading Salon, I guess, except not as well written, and not as relevant.
