We have returned

>Conny and I are back from our Chicago jaunt, safe and sound, though our luggage is a bit lighter. Seems I left some of our "gear" in the night table at the hotel. Housekeeping will no doubt chuckle at their discovery. I'm sure it's not the first time they've found sex paraphernalia in a room, though. I look forward to calling them tomorrow to see what they found, and to see if I can get it back when they are done with it. I bet the batteries will be dead.

So much for blogging on the go. Call me a liar, but I blame the connectivity issues. Some pictures to come, but there's a wee bit of wrangling to get those up. If you play >Clan Lord, or read some of the blogs I link to, you just may find the pictures amusing. And you just might find them amusing even if you don't do either of those things. You can soon be the judge.

I'm quite grateful to Johnny Payphone for organizing the get-together, even if he does look a bit like Elvis. My only complaint about the weekend was it went by too fast, and I didn't get to spend nearly as much time as I wanted with all the great people who came.
