Reconstruction
The scaffolding over the building is almost gone, and peeking inside, I see the palm trees are back. Looks like the Winter Garden at the World Financial Center is going to reopen soon. The grand stairway which used to lead to the bridge which would take you to the World Trade Center plaza will still be a giant marble stairway to nowhere, though. Still, it's progress. I also hear the N and the R subway station on Church Street is about to reopen as well.
