If you bought at least one CD in a retail store from 1995 to 2000, go get your $20. All you have to do is fill out an online form saying that you bought a CD, and you're good to go. You don't even need a receipt. Each person who files can only get a maximum of $20, though. It could be less, depending on the number of people who file a claim.
