Belated
It occurred to me the other day that even recently deposed tyrants have birthdays. It's got to be a big letdown to megalomaniac like Saddam Hussein when you can no longer coerce an entire nation to celebrate your birthday. I bet the people of Iraq didn't even send him a card.
