Credit where credit is overdue
The MTA finally returned my call about my lost 30 day Metrocard this afternoon. That's three days after I called, but they did eventually call back. And they noted that I had called on Sunday and what time, so I suspect they would actually factor that in when calculating the credit. It just takes them a little time to get around to it.
